Fees & Online Payments
CICS-Ellison has transitioned to Omella, a secure, easy-to-use online payment platform that makes submitting school payments more convenient for families.
We are cashless. You can make full or partial payments using the payment links below or by bringing a check or money order to the school office. Once your payment is submitted online, a receipt will be emailed to the address you provide during checkout. Please allow several business days for your payment to be reflected in PowerSchool. Please note the following important details:
Credit Card Processing Fees – A processing fee applies to payments made by credit card.
Fee-Free Payment Option – To avoid credit card processing fees, select Bank Transfer to pay directly from your checking or savings account. This option is available on both computers and mobile devices.
How to Pay by Bank Transfer
- Select Bank Transfer on the payment page.
- Follow Plaid’s secure setup process to connect your bank account.
Optional Tip – Omella is partially funded through optional tips. Tipping is not required.

Additional Payments Note: You can only submit payment for one item at a time. If you’d like to pay multiple item fees, you will need to make multiple transactions. You will also need to select which item your payment is going towards in the ‘Fee Type’ drop-down in the Custom Section of the payment page.
